Pros

Capco projects are typically 40-45 hours a week and flexible with work-life balance. Compensation is higher than other firms (especially in DC) If you don't need your hand held to submit your timesheet, Capco is a good place to work. You can take something and own it and no one will hold you back, as long as you are passionate and competent.

Cons

HR and firm infrastructure changes a lot and can be confusing
