      Dallas/Houston - Great People, Great Opportunities, Great Culture

      Pros

      Awesome people to work with! Capco Dallas/Houston employees really care for their clients and each other. Opportunities are there for the taking, but they aren't simply given. The Dallas office is full of tech minded consultants doing great things for their clients.

      Cons

      1) Limited number of clients. The clients are long standing and strategic, but few. 2) Capco is run like a small consultancy. Therefore, sometimes roles must be filled by less than ideal fit resources. Leadership is aware of these challenges and does their best to accommodate staffing changes in due time.

      Pros

      Friendly people Beautiful office Accessibility to senior management Opportunities to get involved Plethora of training and learning/development courses (Presenting with Confidence was my favourite!)

      Cons

      Though there are exceptions, a majority of the engagements are seemingly long-term staff augmentation projects. It can be difficult or frustrating when you're unable to get staffed on a role within your interests (i.e. strategy). The performance review progress can be challenging to comprehend at first, and the firm seems to have to always massage numbers or revise revenue targets

      Very flat organization with great corporate culture. Increasing client base

      Cons

      Could be stuck on a project for an extensive period but honestly this is not very different from most other places
