We regularly undertake compensation reviews to ensure that we remain competitive in the market and seek to offer market-leading and innovative benefits which meet the needs of our people. We understand from your comments that you would like to see more guidance from management and communication around where the business is going. We hold regular Town Hall events in all of our locations to provide business updates and communicate the business strategy, however, we also plan to do more in this space for 2017.
