      Pros

      I've really enjoyed the people I have met. I've been fortunate to have been on projects that were interesting to me. I really enjoy that I know almost everyone in the office and feel seen by leadership.

      Cons

      I know that others have not been as lucky and are sometimes put on projects that are not their choice and instead are caught up in corporate politics. I also find some of the processes internally are extremely cumbersome and ineffective which is ironic for a consultancy. Additionally, policies are extremely stingy except for partners which feels frustrating for most employees. I also feel like most folks are payed far less than their market value which is a constant frustration. Also our L&D internal function is extremely weak. There is no formal development of employees or encouragement.
