Great learning opportunities

Pros

The people at Capco are super welcoming and some of the greatest around. I’ve been thrown onto a few projects and RFPs with little experience in the field and everyone is willing to teach me new things and are open to questions. Have learned more here in 6 months than I did in 2 years in my old role.

Cons

The performance review process is very confusing, you have both a coach and a PM helping with reviews and each year it’s different. Also to progress you need to find a partner or MP that you enjoy working with so you have a champion, can be hard to find at first since that level always has a lot going on.
