Pros

'Ask for forgiveness, not permission' still rings true. Capco is an organisation which is big enough to challenge the Big 4, but small enough to retain the entrepreneurial spirit which has made is successful in the last 25 years. Colleagues are positive and open, healthy discussion / debate can be had and there are some incredibly talented and smart people here to learn from. Work-life balance can be variable but show me a consultancy where it isn't.... superb and bold move to appoint an internal promote to Global CEO.

Awful Compensation and Poor Job Security

Pros

They had plenty of projects. If you want to get involved in different projects, you can easily do that here, as they expect too much.

Cons

The compensation was terrible here. Top management didn't bother to increase compensation when the workload grew. Instead, these horrible people looked for excuses not to increase it. It was ridiculous. Also, this place has the worst job security, as people can be fired anytime. Please avoid long-term planning here, as your plans might be fruitless.
