We are disappointed to read of your experience of Capco. We always aim to ensure that our people can select a role in line with their career aspirations, facilitated through our coaching model and dedicated Resourcing team. On occasion, business and client demand mean that an individual may be placed in a role which does not perfectly align with their aspirations. In these instances, individuals are supported by their manager and coach to ensure that they are still able to develop within that role and to transition to a new role when possible. As a firm, we strive to support the health and wellbeing of our employees through our dedicated global wellbeing group with senior sponsorship, employee benefits and external partnerships with experts. If an employee is working sustained long hours or needs additional support with their work then they are strongly encouraged to reach out through one of the numerous internal channels including their HR Business Partner. There are also lots of opportunities for employees to develop their career at Capco as demonstrated by our recent round of mid-year promotes, including an extensive learning and development curriculum, coaching, and a wealth of career development resources and workshops.
