Regarding your comments on promotion, there is a clear process and criteria for promotion including an expectation that someone has demonstrated sustained performance at the next level. However, we operate two promotion cycles per year and there is no requirement for an individual to spend a set amount of time at a particular grade, so if someone meets the criteria they can be considered for promotion. We have many examples of colleagues progressing from Associate through to senior leadership levels. We would encourage you to have a conversation with your Coach and/or HR Business Partner to understand more about the process and to help you to set clear goals and objectives to achieve your career aspirations.
