Pros

-Interviews weren't too difficult, good balance of seeking good cultural fit and tech experience/knowledge -Good work culture -Covered expenses of occasional work trips to the office including food and lodging (for remote workers)

Cons

-Pay wasn't too competitive compared to the rest of the tech industry -Stopped giving out bonuses and minimal inflation raises due to challenges company faced financially -Barely got to get actual modern tech-stack coding experience. Mostly worked on documentation or on a third-party software rarely used across the tech industry -Started forcing employees that were hired as remote workers to shift to hybrid even if they were over an hour away from office -Seemed like you needed to disrupt your work-life balance in order to even be considered for a promotion

Pros

Remote work was the only Pro of this company

Cons

- Zero support or training - Was onboarded and then sent to client meetings without any understanding of the roles, expectations, correct ways to approach engagements, etc. - Computer was sent with zero peripherals. - "Coach" was never available - TONS of wasted time and effort without up front direction and expectation setting

We are disappointed to read your comments. Our goal is always to create a first-class employee experience, which includes a thorough onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success. Our coaches also play a role in this, providing an additional channel to support new joiners, not only as they navigate the start of their Capco journey, but to provide ongoing support. If an employee feels they are not getting the information and support they need then they are encouraged to reach out to their HR Business Partner.
