      Capco India - Pathetic HR-Lack of good projects-no friendly environment

      Pros

      Capco India- Less pressure jobs, some good managers, salary is ok. bit liberal log in and log out timings. Cabs are good

      Cons

      Freshers please stay away from this company. They have recently fired many freshers. Capco India- HR Team is real pathetic. There is no support from them and they do not even care what they promise. Lots of politics and favorism plays an important role here. Moreover the facility team head behaves as if he is the boss of the company, very arrogant and rude. There is no procedure for anything at all, it all depends how you maintain relationships with managers and HR!

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to make a difference and impact performance. Access to partners is great. Compensation is competitive. Interesting and challenging work.

      Cons

      Benefits are barely average. Back office is not very good (although there have been some improvements). Over the past few months, backslide in things like e-mail and mobile access to internal systems. Some inconsistent messages from leadership on occasion. Extremely high demands on time/long working hours.

      Pros

      Capco has been very good to my family and myself. If you are interested in a raise or see it as a necessity for you and your family, they will listen. Also, they are open to move you onto different projects if you request it and gain project leadership support. There are a lot of opportunities to show your strengths and contribute.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to SPEAK UP because your message or ideas can be crowded by the constant change and growth capco is experiencing. The action falls to you to promote your ideas and get yourself recognized for your accomplishments.
