      I enjoy the knowledge I gain by the tasks I have to do at Falmouth Hospital that many other hospitals have specific teams to complete for you (ex. Phlebotomy)

      Benefit package is great, CEO and COO are wonderful, approachable and care about you.

      Cons

      Managing in a union environment is terrible. You don’t get to run your department the union gets to make the decisions and you just have to make the best of it.
