Less to do with people; more to do with money

Pros

Well trained personnel, friendly and caring coworkers. Benefits are what you'd expect from a company like this.

Cons

Low pay scale, turn a blind eye to less than perfect management tactics, some unscrupulous types of business - cold calling Medicare recipients to get them in for testing that Medicare would cover, even if the patient didn't necessarily need it and monopolizing referrals to keep people on Cape rather than allowing them to go to specialists off Cape. Through the grapevine I was told that the physicians that did keep the patients on Cape received a kick back.
