      Pros

      The hours were great. Management is mixed but mostly good. Management is definitely heading in the right direction and seems open to suggestions and opinions of the staff.

      Cons

      I found the tools given to do my job to be a little archaic. Being a systems analyst and having to spend a good deal of time in the hospital (different location), not having a laptop caused slowdowns in work.

      It is a nice place, salary is good. The patients are an interesting mix from many places.Management states they are working on change - but not yet apparent

      Cons

      Poorly managed, limited ancillary support, isolated physicians -not much teamwork
