Toxic Environment. Run away.

Great benefits. Decent pay. Staff are great despite being underappreciated by their managers.

Cons

Too much upper management - how many associate vice executive whatevers do you need and what is the pecking order? Such a toxic environment - don't think you're ever going to change a thing, just conform to the corporate toxicity. Managers team up to get rid of good employees. HR teams are horrible - never around when you need them and take forever to get you answers you need or help you with staff issues.

Talent - one great thing about CCHC was the amount of talent they have, from environmental services to the healthcare professionals there are truly amazing people working there

Cons

Workload - the amount of tasks given to most people are unmanagable. For working in an industry known for compassion, they should treat employees better. Work/Life Balance - with the pandemic employees were working an incredible amount of hours. It shows the amount of committment that they have. The expectations put on people are unrealistic, there were just never enough hours in the day to get everything done.
