- Family environment. I truly miss almost all of my coworkers. - NC state benefits for FT employees because you are employed by the college! - Benita Miller is one of my favorite humans ever!

Cons

- Strenuous work - Not much say in how things operate - Typically understaffed, but isn't all of childcare?
