I really enjoy what I do and like my coworkers. Pay is decent.

Cons

Work/life balance isn’t the greatest unless you want 12 hour shifts. Mandatory on call rotations.

I made some great friends while working there.

Cons

I was released because I was protecting a patient who was a high risk for infection during a surgical procedure. I kicked somebody out of my operating room who posed a risk to the patient. Manager didn't approve of my actions.
