Pros

Growing and evolving company with a bright future under the current CEO. Diverse set of customers and expertise across each of the companies provides a range of opportunity. Fairly relaxed environment with good compensation and benefits.

Cons

Lacks some formal processes that could help strengthen the organization and set it up for further success. Corporate culture needs some improvement to incorporate fresh ideas and embrace newer employees.

Pros

Worked with some great people that I will still keep in touch with. Did what I loved with competent instructors.

Cons

Due to underbidding a government most employees were cut to par-time or let go. The upper management seemed to have nothing invested with a lifesaving program and that trickled down to middle management down to the worker bees.

Pros

It's a laid back, but professional environment. They are very family oriented. Your family comes first and they understand that. They really care about the employees and their families. Pay is competitive. Hard work and skill is rewarded.

Cons

There are none really. If you put in an honest days' work and are committed to contributing toward the success of the company you'll be fine.
