Salary good, somewhat flexible hours,

At time I was there, the onsight manager of the company and projects was an airhead. Gave latitude to male managers in who they conducted their projects, but very threatened by female managers

Very family oriented, open door policy, great management, especially Faye Wells, great celebrations, good salary, awesome benefits, good communication, awesome place overall!!! If Cape Fox would move to Florida I would be with them forever!! I love Cape Fox forever!

They wouldn’t move to Florida with me 😭
