Pros

benefits were good, so I agree with the review above, salary was industry average and considering the office is outside of the beltway is a pro

Cons

Micro-managed, absolutely no work-life balance. Enthusiasm to present ideas or observations were down played by management who seemed to take things as a personal assault if you did not agree with them. Absolutely no work-life balance, no flexibility, and no respect that the people working there are adults.

Their work in support of military suicide prevention is very important. I hope that they are still supporting this customer.

Cons

There has been significant turnover in employees and management that can be attributed to poor judgement of senior management.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k, plenty of holidays, celebrations, and general office morale functions. Always open door when there are issues or problems, plenty of "outside the box" staff working to help with both personal and professional development.

Cons

Educational Growth is lacking with the ever changing contract renewal. One year might be a bumper crop kind of harvest, the next year might be roasting in the sun making cutbacks.
