I have been with Cape Fox Shared Services for 4 months so far.
Where do I start? They have some of the most affordable and excellent health benefits in the Federal Contracting industry. Benefits are very important to employees and their families. Cape Fox Shared Services really goes beyond the extra mile to ensure they are ahead of the competition when it comes to premium costs. One of the most affordable plans for family coverage I've ever seen.
They have an AMAZING 401k plan and match 100% depending on the employee's contribution. Even better? You're fully vested day 1 of employment, vs. your standard 4 year waiting period most companies have before becoming vested.
Their pay rates are VERY competitive and they go the distance with room for growth and promotion.
The leadership team is second to none. All are very friendly, personable and open to new ideas and suggestions.
The Program Managers are some of the most visible people you'll encounter. They are available for their contract employees, and travel to our sites on a quarterly basis, to ensure the Federal customer and contract employees are both happy and satisfied.
The President of CFSS, Faye Wells personifies the term, Leader. She is professional, outgoing, and provides any and all resources for her HR/Recruiting team to be successful with the mission supporting our customers and shareholders. She also takes the time to learn about her staff, their families and genuinely cares. There is a true sense of family here at Cape Fox Shared Services.
Faye really goes the extra mile for ALL of her employees be they in house, or out in the field.
