Pros

Another solid year of financial growth and stability. Company making investments in systems and technology to better support staff. Management supports a healthy work environment and continues to make positive changes for the company and culture.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Worked with some great people that I will still keep in touch with. Did what I loved with competent instructors.

Cons

Due to underbidding a government most employees were cut to par-time or let go. The upper management seemed to have nothing invested with a lifesaving program and that trickled down to middle management down to the worker bees.

Their work in support of military suicide prevention is very important. I hope that they are still supporting this customer.

Cons

There has been significant turnover in employees and management that can be attributed to poor judgement of senior management.
