      Pros

      Learning a lot about different technologies. And always trying to improve the client's business problems. They do give good resources to learn different technologies like azure.

      Cons

      Doing whatever the client tells you. And not learning one specific technology. Only learning what gets thrown at you on the specific account. And finding time to learn about newer technology can be difficult if your client is really demanding.
