Pros
Basically first thing I would suggest is to be a good/best programmer. Then things will come automatically. Company is good, timings are flexible and it completely depends on your manager. I have been working here for more than 2 year, my journey was good. Don't expect too much hike, this factor completely depends on company performance.
Cons
They have something called C I P which they deduct from our salary and they will give this amount based on our performance, in some way if company doesn't perform then they will deduct this amount, which is bad, I request to higher management to remove this strategy and give us our money which is promised before joining. Does not have much seriousness in training fresher's, they have to learn on their own. Client interviews are painful. Doesn't have pickup cab only drop is their.
