      Pros

      Aricent provides good and open working environment, flexible working hrs, nice facilities, good onsite opportunities and a decent compensation as per the industry standards.

      Cons

      Recently Aricent is struggling to get good and long term projects, changing it's strategy quite often to attract more clients, sometimes lack of transparency is seen between management and the employees, delayed promotions.

      Pros

      * Good work scope * Chance to grow and showcase your talent. * Work on Cutting edge technologies. * No one stops you to innovate. You have your own room to find your way out, but you have to do it. If you do it, you find a good path here in Aricent. * Very competitive salary considering other Services companies. * You have chance to work in Aricent Products also, if you are deemed fit and competitive. * Work is most important. HR doesnt bother you much with nasty tests and etc etc. Your performance is taken considering your behavior, customer feedback on you and your actual performance on delivering projects, productivity etc. So, its straight forward - you need to show up your competitiveness and technical pros in work and showcase to earn credits. * Rewards and Recognition are good.

      Cons

      * There is still performance bracketing of identifying certain % of people to be in a particular ranking etc, in performance reviews. Some may not like it, but reality is most companies has to rate that way - sometimes employees leave because of that. * Don't assume that you get onsite opportunities often. Its based on business needs and the individual and project. But if you are working for company whole heartedly and dedicated and one of the top performers, then you have a chance.

      Pros

      Working on projects for multinational companies. Diferent possibilities to choose but they won't let you change of a project if the client doesn't want to.

      Cons

      Salary,sometimes even life-balance, lack of spirit corporation. Just interested in his clients and not in his employees. Abusing from the current situation of Spanish crisis.
