      Pros

      Fairly good salary, get to work from home, good vacation policy; if you can check your morals and ethics at the door and sit back to collect the pay check, then this isn't a bad gig.

      Cons

      Terrible culture - the worst! Extremely hostile environment for women - even if you're not located in India! If you're not Indian then your opinion doesn't matter. Culture is one of politicking and back-stabbing. Engineering division thinks they run the company. I don't trust the Finance team - shaky stuff going on there.

      Difficult culture to navigate, decisions made contrary to vision and strategy - which are not well communicated at times. Some compensation decisions made without regard to impact on individuals, effectively providing a pay cut without notice and no future plan to correct.
