- Before I entered the company I imagined that being a multinational and billionaire company, the departments were big, and there would not be a very high workload. Well.. With this, I mean that the employees of the company are not taught to help each other, is every department for itself, and commonly when something goes wrong one department tries to drag the fault to another one.
