Capgemini is very big brand. Any company will love to take you after Capgemini because the brand name will add lots of weight-age to your resume. For fresher it a good learning place (at least for 2 years)

Cons

The appraisal system sucks in Capgemini. They give hike between 0–7% hike annually. 7% are those guys who are top performer of the company
