There isnt much to talk about Pros of working in Capgemin except the fact that its a Big Company and you can hover around here and there

Cons

As a fresher its the worst thing to start with this Company as there's very less chance if you getting a good project if at all you get out of bench You will be forced eventually on something which might or might not interest you and then you would be always questioned on your capabilities during the appraisal
