Interactions with my manager, team members, and onboarding buddy made the transition smooth and helped me become productive quickly.
Cons
While the onboarding process was well organized, the volume of information shared in a short period was challenging to absorb. There were occasional delays in obtaining access to certain systems, and there could be more role-specific training and team interaction during the initial weeks. Overall, the experience was positive but has opportunities for further improvement.
