Work time is flexible and it allows one to have time for family

Cons

No regard for quality work , you keep working hard and at the end of the day what you get is 1% increment, no room for career growth, lots of internal politics, no job security and in addition the salary is not structured , you can be senior associate and be earning $37,000 per annum while another person on the same level as you is earning $45,000 per annum
