Based on the same philosophy, we follow a pre-defined framework which consists of the performance of the individual, grade, skills, along with some other internal factors, to determine the final increment. The framework is same for pan India employees. Additionally, Capgemini is one of the key employers among large IT services organizations in India and we operate in the same marketplace with similar skill-set requirement and hence our salaries are comparable with other IT services organizations operating in same space.
