Ed Barry, CEO, is an outstanding individual of the upmost character and kindness. The employees were amazing friends and peers. In the Rockville location, there is a very large break room that has all the works. Reception up front was great. Compensation was excellent. There is EV charge parking. The deli on the first floor was a nice breakfast/lunchtime option; the ladies were so friendly.
Cons
Parking can be tricky if you get in after 9.
The workload was substantial - not for the faint of heart.
Most importantly, office politics were very much present at CB. There were always rumors about the same members of executive management going around like wildfire -- not good rumors. It made one feel a little uneasy about what was happening behind closed doors.
