Pros

Great people, good benefits (low to mid employee responsibility of premiums), in-house cafeteria, flexible schedule, some areas within the company allowed work from home options.

Cons

Management unable to make quick decisions (a lot of back and forth - weeks/months wasted). Unable to change processes easily without push back from all levels. Relies on manually created excel files, in-spite of the technology purchased to make processes easier.
