Pros

They have a nice cafeteria. They have some nice employee programs for weight management and smoking cessation. There are very few pros.

Cons

An aging workforce with outdated ideas and skills continues to run the show. Manual processes are the norm. Systems do not work together. They just hired a new CIO, but he's not going to be able to fix the overwhelming technology gaps. They have no system to determine what benefits are covered. So when you call to ask if a procedure your doctor recommends is coverered, they are trying to find the answers in binders full of printed information. The workforce is overshelmjngly Caucasian and approaching retirement.
