PTO, coworkers are helpful and kind

No resources (phlebotomy, available IV team, etc.), always short staffed, weekend requirements and not including Friday for night shift weekends.

good location free parking liked my new manager, others were okay lots of opportunities to get involved (at least in the Nurse residency program)

Cons

bad pt to nurse ratios!! Lack of supplies, meds, etc. nurses end up doing everyone's jobs (not all of it, but a lot) some of the residency leaders are not nice
