Benefits were decent and vacation time

Cons

Low pay. Definitely too much favoritism. If you are young expect to be bent over and take over a lot work that older employees simply do not want to do. Always understaffed,& not enough job training. Management is very unprofessional and do not know how to manage employees. bullying & gossiping is what this department runs on.
