Pros

Most of the employees you work with become work family. The benefits are good, vacation time is good.

Cons

When you know how to do your job effectively you become the mule of the department. No retraining in place for poor performing employees, they just make you do their job and don't place them in that position or shift at all!

1. Located just off of I-295. 2. Job security. Administration has no clue how to retain their own nurses, therefore, there is always a shortage of staff.

Cons

1. All RNs are pulled frequently including across 2 campuses without RN pool compensation. 2. Charting system is NOT user friendly. All time consuming. Plan on staying late after your shift to finish your charting everyday.
