Pros

Large, but not too large that everything gets lost in the politics of the company, great ESOP program, generous PTO and Holidays, friendly employees

Cons

Company has recently changed CEOs (last 5 years or so). The current CEO is really friendly, understanding, and sees a great future for CIG though so this isn't really a con.

the list could go on and on and on. Basically there is nothing positive to say about this place.

Pros

Great co-workers, local office, most staff are very nice. Depending on manager a small bit of flexibility.

Cons

Micro-managed style of leadership, Very strict hours and log in. Management unlikely to consider feedback. Call center environment. VERY high employee turn over. High stress and expectations for nominal pay.
