Pros

I like it. Aside from the helpful people I work with, I feel like the execs really try to get to know everyone who works there. I also feel like they take care of the employees and try to look out for our interests in moving forward.

Cons

My only complaint is not really the company itself. I have to commute, but it's worth it.

Pros

The People here are really fantastic. Supportive. Great culture. Lots of autonomy, if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

The workload is sometimes a bit out of hand. Lots of employee turnover most likely due to lower salary ranges.
