Pros

Great company if you want to expand your area of expertise. Lots of cross-departmental coordination and opportunities to participate in decisions above one's pay grade. Executives very approachable and open to input. Everyone has their skin in the game and it shows. Company heading in the right direction...exciting future for sure.

Cons

ESOP owned company can be extremely lucrative in the long term, but tends to put downward pressure on base salaries. Not the best company for those looking to maximize upfront compensation.

I love it. The company really loves it's employees. It's a lot of things to remember but it challenges me.

The management really cares for its employees. They also have incentives if you complete learning programs. The love to just give prizes away.

Cons

The pay isn't as good as the other insurance companies. There isn't a lot of opportunities to get promoted since the company is so small.
