Pros
They are great at working with you when you need time off and the Employee Stock Option is a good retirement program. The benefits package they offer has a lot of options to chose from. The supervision and management team do allow you to perform your job with minimal interference.
Cons
The sytems and claim handling processes are very out-dated. There are no real internal operating procedures that are geared toward the companies claims handiling. The company is a smaller insurance company so the pay is quite a bit lower than the industry average. While the leadership does allow you the freedom to do your job, it relies solely on one person to make all claims coverage and handling decisions.
