The culture is great. The leadership is hands on from the top down, and offers an open door policy. The atmosphere feels corporate in all the best ways, but you still feel heard and valued. CIG is inclusive and diverse, and all employees feel welcome.

Cons

Since we have four offices and some remote employees, it can be hard to connect and collaborate across the distance. However employee resource groups, cross-department collaboration, and virtual town hall events help with this.

Wonderful culture. Communication from leadership is improving. Love my manager.

Cons

Company is making us return to the office 3 days a week when we have been remote for years. This has taken away my work life balance. This is not how the world works anymore. How does this make sense? It costs so much money to have an office! Also feel that I am paid under what my competitors are paying.
