A reasonable place to work.

Pros

The work is generally constant and well thought out. Expect to be asked to help tackle complicated business processes; making them smoother and more efficient and address new business problems. Individuals who show success in both day-to-day work and in process improvements are often noticed and rewarded for their innovation. Pay, benefits and work hours are reasonable.

Cons

Like many other companies I have worked in, there are still old systems in play that can be hard to work in, although to the right individual this can present opportunity. A lot of the business processes and selected tools feel restrictive, making clear opportunities for creative expression minimal.

Pros

Headquarters is close to the ocean.

Cons

Stress. Employee burnout and turnover is high. Trying to compete for SF Bay Area talent without the culture, perks, infrastructure, or salaries. Remote work option is not equitably offered.

Pros

The company has nice renovated offices and work spaces. HQ is located in the beautiful Monterey Bay area. Okay opportunity for college graduates who want to get enterprise experience if they have no other options There are a lot of technologies to work with you can become a jack of all trades (master of none)

Cons

Low salary and limited compensation for working after hours and weekends Very little career growth and incentives that help employees develop their skills and build a successful career Company has a High turnover rate and the positions are not being filled which puts stress on the rest of the employees Poor management with very minimal technical understanding of the technologies and the processes involved in projects and solutions. Micromanagement of tasks, timesheets, and SLA requirements Too much politics between departments and favoritism amongst employees. Management like to stick together Business folks have more respect from management than IT.
