      Pros

      Capital One is a great company leading the technology front of banking. Offices have great amenities to make associates feel comfortable at work. Good benefits to include paid time off, 401k and associate stock purchase program.

      Cons

      Capital One is constantly changing their strategy every six months. As an associate you have to continue to be on your game. Performance Management is different and generally operates from January-October only.
