Pros

- Decent pay - Good people (....or use to have at least; all of the good people have left) - The CEO is amazing; he built this ship and is very proud of it. . . - Great work life balance due to low expectations (upper / senior management teams have become complacent; they aren't working much so you can choose your schedule: work as little or has hard as you like)

Cons

Where to begin? The card business is the flagship of the house so I'm not sure how much the CEO or others at the very top care about the commercial & investment bank. The CEO is really an incredible person that cares about all of his employees. . .from the branch manager to the board of directors. This review is a reflection of the corporate bank. - Feels like a sinking ship - They have kept in place a top-heavy organization and through two recent RIFs have let go talented members of the team - Feels like upper management is managing to retirement; which is a shame because it really was a great place to work - Very siloed; I hope this is fixed through future reorgs - Three different broker-dealers under one organization = CHAOS - Senior leaders would rather refer business away vs. to another internal P&L - The diversity & inclusion teams in certain groups is comprised of 50+ year old white males (which is a shame as the Company is a strong proponent of diversity)
