Pros

Great work-life balance: You can find your level of commitment with respect to balancing career growth with personal interests. Hire talented folks: They hire from great programs and consulting firm; but they do not use that talent well.

Cons

Values internal experience extremely disproportionately: If you come in with a lot of external experience, then be prepared to fail. An ideal career path is to come in out of undergrad and stay till retirement. Very hierarchical: Operates in a very regimented top-down culture that entertains very little out-of-the-box thinking. If you are someone who wants to think strategically and tend to ideate a lot, you are likely to make enemies.

Pros

Analytically rigorous culture makes for an intellectually challenging place to work. Great development program for young analysts. The West Creek campus is a lovely place to have an office as well. Lots of opportunities to move up the ladder.

Cons

Performance review cadence can lead to backbiting. While work/life balance is often touted, this varies greatly depending on the culture of the specific team you're on.
