Pros

Great working climate, excellent telecommuting experience, forward thinking, open to innovation.

Cons

Capital One grew fast and is now contractings so ability to move amonst departments is a bit limited.

Nice steady place with relaxed culture and nice people to work with. Very good benefits. Great to try different jobs and experiment with different skill set.

Cons

Career opportunities can be very political and no clear expectations set.

Flexible at taking time off when needed (unless you're working for sales department). Pays decent Nice campus in Richmond location

Cons

Evaluation process is very random. Depends way too much on luck. Senior management lacks ability to recognize talent and support in making unpopular but right decisions.
