Stack ranking. This is a good company as a launching pad into something better. Just beware of the system and management. I was told I was a top performer, until I was randomly blindsided by management after a review. I then realized how common this is for people at the company. I have now heard countless stories of this same exact scenario. Also your experience is very dependent on your team and your manager. If you don’t have a manager that stands up for you, you’re probably not going to last long.
