Great benefits, flexibility in my role, learning and development opportunities, and great people.

Cons

For the 2.5 years I was there, I experienced 5 major reorganizations, including changes in senior and mid-level mangers and directors. Towards the end, I felt myself becoming more anxious because of the instability.
