Pros

I'm fairly new to the business and everyone here has been very friendly and welcoming. It's clear to see that everyone is quite ambitious and always searching for how things can be done better in the future. Within my first few days I've either met or set up meet and greets with the senior management team for my department which promotes an open culture across teams I'm very impressed by the how well processes are documented and reviewed - meaning that even a newbie like me can get started up quite easily! Looking forward to using the onsite gym as well

Cons

Haven't come across any major red flags so far.
